Yoga Nidra – Daily Practice for Clarity and Mental Peace in 2026
Teacher: Prashant Pandey
Through a precise sequence of pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Dhyana, the practice focuses on regulating the nervous system and progressively reducing mental agitation.

The session is designed from a technical and applied perspective not as a one-off experience, but as a structured practice that can be regularly integrated into daily life.

During the webinar, a practical sequence is carried out, integrating:
- Pranayama (Nadi Shodhana, Samveta, and Bhramari), which stabilizes mental and vital energy, harmonizes the flow of energy in body and mind, and calms the nervous system.
- Building on this initial regulation, the Yoga Nidra practice allows for a deep exploration of the mind through a relaxation process that releases physical, mental, and emotional tension.
- From this state of stillness and depth, the Dhyana practice operates on a subtler level, supporting the purification of accumulated mental impressions.
