This course combines simple and highly effective techniques from traditional yoga practice with mindfulness classes and the most up-to-date research work on stress and anxiety disorders.
Simple yoga poses that strengthen the body system, improve the functioning of the heart, pancreas, kidneys and balance hormonal levels. They are the preparation to reach deep levels of relaxation in the practices of yoga nidra and meditation.

What happens if I missed a class?
Don't worry, the recording of the class will be available an hour later.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
Two weeks. It is more than enough time to review or to visualize a class that you have not been able to attend. After that period the classes are canceled.
Do you have to study?
No. The techniques are repeated in several classes so that you have time to integrate them naturally. Ways to practice what has been learned on a day-to-day basis may be indicated.
Do I have to learn all the techniques?
The techniques are very simple and you will learn them effortlessly, but you don't have to practice them all, just the ones that work best for you. that's why different options are taught. The important thing is to follow the instructions of the teachers regarding the correct sequences.
Can I ask questions during the classes?
Of course you can ask, but we encourage you to do so especially in the Saturday sessions or when the teachers open Question Time. Another good time is the individual sessions.
Can I send questions by email?
You can send your questions using the contact form on the course page. When questions are not personal they will be answered during group sessions. Thus all those who have the same question benefit from the answer.
Can I do the course if I have never practiced yoga?
Yes. It is not at all necessary to have previous yoga experience.
Can I do the course if I am not in shape?
Yes. It is not necessary to be in good physical shape. The practices are very simple and effective in people of any condition. In any case, the instructors are very experienced and know how to adapt the practices when necessary.
Can I enroll if I have physical limitations or health problems?
