“ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनात् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्॥”
Sanskrit is a very old language, with words of a very complex meaning, especially in the spiritual realm, so a direct translation is practically impossible.
Therefore, with the help of the masters, we have distilled their meaning.
In any case, it is necessary to remember that the important thing is the vibration.
Mantra Mahamrityunjaya:
We adore the One who has three eyes*, who nourishes us with his fragrance and, like the fruit detached from the stem, frees us from the cycles of life and leads us to immortality.
*Refers to the 3 three dimensions of divinity: Brahma is the creator of existence, Vishnu preserves it and Shiva is its destroyer, which gives rise to the cycles of life.
Mantra Shanti:
May God protect the teacher and the student, may he nurture us, may we work together with energy and vigor, may he fill us with clarity and free us from hatred. Om peace, peace, peace
