Deepen your foundations of yoga
Our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa is accredited by Yoga Alliance and is designed for those who hold their RYS 200-hour TTC certificate. This intensive teacher course is conducted for 28 days and aims to deepen your already existing knowledge and foundations of yoga and improve your teaching skills.
About this Teacher Training
This 4-week intensive training course is designed to deepen your already existing knowledge and skills. To enroll you should be a graduate of a 200-hour level yoga teacher training from a Registered Yoga TTC School.
The main objective is to widen your knowledge and master your skills in various yoga styles: Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. Our focus here will be on correct alignments as well as progression through receiving physical and verbal adjustments.
In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge of pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. The course will provide you with knowledge of advanced yoga teaching skills as well as an understanding of deeper yoga philosophy.
This course is a continuation of our 200-hour level 1 yoga teacher course syllabus at an advanced level. At the end of the course you will have one to one session with one of the teachers to discuss your progress and solve doubts. Among the topics taught are: Asana practice and adjustment techniques, Yoga philosophy, Kriyas, Yoga anatomy, Pranayama & meditation, Teaching technique and the business of yoga
