Elles agissent non seulement au niveau musculaire et organique, mais influencent \u00e9galement les plans <strong>\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, mental et \u00e9motionnel<\/strong>. Chaque posture cr\u00e9e un alignement sp\u00e9cifique qui favorise l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur, lib\u00e8re les tensions et \u00e9veille la conscience corporelle.<\/p><p>Concevoir une pratique adapt\u00e9e n&rsquo;est ni g\u00e9n\u00e9rique ni automatique. Seul un enseignant ou une enseignante form\u00e9(e) peut adapter les postures aux <strong>besoins, capacit\u00e9s et moments de vie<\/strong> de chaque personne.
